Namibe — The governor of Namibe, Isaac dos Anjos, said Monday in this city that the province has potential for industrial activity, commerce, energy and fishing development.
According to the governor, speaking during the 4 February provincial act (start of the armed struggle against colonialism), the boosting of the mentioned potential needs mobilization of national and international resources.
Governor Isaac dos Anjos stressed it is necessary to demand from banks and the financial sector effective performance of their roles in order to improve the growth of the business sector.
The governor also defended the financial empowerment of the national business sector, so that they can create jobs.
On the other hand, Isaac dos Anjos considers it necessary to build more infrastructures, improve the access roads to municipalities, sanitation, water and electricity supply.
