Namibia: Students Pay Tribute to Iyambo

THE Namibia Students Organisation (NANSO) on Monday joined the national outpouring of grief for the late Minister of Education, Dr Abraham Iyambo.

Iyambo who turned 52 died suddenly on his birthday on Saturday in London in the United Kingdom where he was on an official mission. On Monday, NANSO president Timoteus Angala on behalf of the leadership of the national student body acknowledged the departed Dr Iyambo in a message of sympathy. "Students and learners are shocked by the sudden death of the Minister of Education, Dr Abraham Iyambo."
