Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr strongly condemned yesterday's 4/2/2013 blasts which took place in Kirkuk and Baghdad and claimed scores of lives and injured dozens.
The top diplomat wished that Iraqis could reach to solutions to solve their pending problems and place their nation's interests above any other considerations to avoid more casualties and damages in their country.
