Luanda — Vice President Manuel Vicente inaugurated on Tuesday, in Honga ward, in Belas Municipality (Luanda Province), the primary and secondary school dubbed "Escola 2083", in the ambit of the opening of the 2013 academic year.
Manuel Vicente visited the two-floor undertaking, which has 12 classrooms, and is estimated at 117 million US dollars.
The ceremony was also attended by the Education minister, Mpinda Simão, the governor of Luanda Province, Bento Bento, among other local officials.
