Gambian boxer Badou Jack proved too strong for Tapia in a timing of 1:47 knocking out his opponent in the middleweight category.
The 29-year-old Swedish born who represented Gambia in the Beijing Olympics, as the nominated ESPN prospect overmatched Tapia Jonuel, a scintillating fight lasting on a 1:47 timing.
Jack who remains unbeaten the entire last year, mixed jabs and used his lethal left-hand exclusively outright with hooks - a tactic that left Tapia bundled within the first thirty seconds of the contest.
Soon after, Tapia hit the canvas following another hook, but made the count. Unfortunately, the lefts kept coming, and the Puerto Rican remained kneeling for the count of 10.
Jack, who fights with the strip of the Gambian flag on the sides of the boxing short, was making an apperance for the first time since May of 2012. He was previously promoted by Lou DiBella and Warriors Boxing, but is now under the Mayweather Promotions banner.
