More than 60 former workers of Kericho's Kaisugu Tea Factory want to sue the factory for allegedly violating their rights. Through Kenya Human Rights Commission, the workers are accusing their former employer of unlawfully terminating the contracts of at least 650 employees. KHRC says the employer breached an agreement with the employees.
