Angola: Petro Football Team Return Home After Training Programme Abroad

Luanda — The football team of Petro de Luanda returned to the country last Monday, from Portugal, where they carried out a 21-day pre-competition training programme, in preparation for the new season.

The team are scheduled to resume works this Wednesday morning in the Demóstenes de Almeida sports complex, already with the inclusion of Lamá, Miguel and Bastos, who were engaged in the national team's participation in the Africa Cup of Nations of South Africa.

Next week, Petro de Luanda will dispute a four-team tournament in the central Benguela Province.

In this season, the squad will be involved in the Super Cup, first division championship (Girabola2013), Angola League Cup and the African Confederation Cup.
