Angola: Sonip Starts Selling Homes in New Luanda Towns

Luanda — The Oil firm Sonangol Real Estate and Properties (Sonip) started February 01 the sale of homes in the towns of Kilamba, Cacuaco, Capari, Km 44 and Zango (Vida Pacifica condominium).

The sales are subject to Emphiteutic rent with or without initial capital, in a horizon of 15 to 20 years, reads in its statement released by the State-run news paper (Jornal de Angola), in its 4 February edition.

According to Sonip, the residences are also available to the public on a "Lease and Ready to Pay Sales.

The Sonip announced those interested to visit its sales offices and, alternatively, to the point of sale of Delta Real Estate in Kilamba town".
