Angola: Administration Minister On Second Working Day in Province

Ondjiva — Angolan minister of Territory Administration, Bornito de Sousa is working Tuesday in the southern Cunene province on his second day of visit aimed at assessing several economic and social undertakings in the region.

Bornito de Sousa, who leads a government delegation arrived Monday in Cunene province to chair the main event marking the 52nd anniversary of the beginning of the national liberation struggle (February 4), in locality of Xangongo.

According to Tuesday agenda, Bonito de Sousa attended the re-opening, after rehabilitation and expansion of King Muandume ya Ndemufayo memorial.

The memorial was erected in Oihole, Namacunde district and inaugurated by the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, on February 6, 2002.

The visiting delegation comprises ministers of Urbanisation and Housing, José da Silva, of Health, José Van-Dúnem, and State secretaries of Water, Luís Felipe, Education, Ana Paula Inês Dala Fernandes, and Construction, António Flor.
