A lobby group in Kisumu yesterday said it will defy NCIC's warning that politicians should not dwell on historical injustices in their campaigns.
NCIC chairman Mzalendo Kibunja on Monday warned candidates to avoid the emotive land issue because it could easily inflame Kenyans.
Cord Effect, a Prime Minister Raila Odinga campaign lobby said, Kenyans "must be told the truth and expose the lies being spread by their opponents".
