Kenya: VP, Kenneth Scramble for Kisii Vote

Eagle coalition presidential candidate Peter Kenneth and Cord running mate Kalonzo Musyoka yesterday traversed Nyamira county as the scramble for the Kisii vote intensified.

Kenneth with his running mate Ronald Osumba held a series of rallies in Nyamira to drum up support for himself, while Kalonzo separately campaigned for Cord presidential candidate Raila Odinga.

Kenneth addressed rallies at Nyamaiya, Magwagwa, Nyabiosi and Esise in Borabu. He warned the people not to elect Jubilee and Cord presidential candidates saying they have nothing to offer Kenyans. Kalonzo addressed rallies at Mokomoni and Nyamira town before joining Raila at a major rally in Kisii town.
