Nigeria: NNPC 'S Aircraft Overshoots Runway

An NNPC aircraft, 5NNOC operated by Aero Contractors, overshot the runway on landing at the Osubi Airport, Warri, on Wednesday morning, the NNPC said in a statement in Abuja.

The aircraft was on a routine operation to Warri when the incident happened. The statement, signed by Tumini Green, acting Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, NNPC, said that there were were no casualties.

It also said that the appropriate aviation agencies had been notified of the incident and they had begun investigations. (NAN)
