Angola: Carnival Groups to Prepare for Street Parade in Caimbambo

Caimbambo — Ten carnival groups of the Caimbambo ditrict, 116 km south of the capital of the southern Benguela province are in conclusion stage of preparations to ensure their participation in the traditional street parade of Carnival 2013, scheduled for 8 and 9 February.

This was said on Wednesday to Angop by the head of the local Culture Department, Aurélio Paulino, when speaking on 2013 edition of the event.

According to Aurélio Paulino, the preparations are running well so that between Friday and Saturday the groups can go out to celebrate with joy the carnival events.
