The court will this afternoon rule on the nurses strike. Industrial Court Judge Mathews Nduma is expected to deliver a ruling on their return to work formula .The nurses have raised concern about salary cuts, transfers and demotions for participating in the strike. Union officials say the government has frustrated their efforts.
