Kenya: Leading Busia KCPE Student Joins Alliance

THE top male student from Busia County in last year's Kenya Certificate of Primary Education examination has joined Alliance High School.

Abwao Jeremie Makutsa from Star of the Border who scored 420 marks has burning a dream of becoming a neurosurgeon.

The Star of the Border head teacher Jeckonia Oindo said Jesse Newton Matete who was second with 419 marks has joined Mangu High to bring to five those who were joined national schools.

The top girl in the county, Wandera Anita Bright, who scored 413 marks has joined Kenya High. Beryl Auma Bwire who was second with 410 marks will join Moi Girls Eldoret. The top joint school in the county, Busia Ebenezer Academy, sent their top boy Moses Ngwabe with 410 marks to Alliance High.
