District #15 Representative Adulph Lawrence in a quest of fulfilling his campaign promise to the people of his district, has begun preparations for the fencing of the True Vine Institute within the New Georgia Township on the Caldwell Road.

The planned fencing project of the True Vine Institute on Caldwell Road is in fulfillment of Representative Lawrence's promise made during the 2011 campaign season to the students and staff of the institution.

According to Mr. James Mulbah Zaza, Principal of the True Vine Institute, Representative Adulf Lawrence have recently provided toward the fencing project two truck-loads of sand as an initial contribution and also planned to give bags of cement.

Mr. Zaza said the school administration and staff have expressed gratitude to the Lawmaker for his effort toward the fencing project of their school.

He said Representative Adulf Lawrence is among many other lawmakers and individuals who can fulfill whatever promise they have made to the people while others failed to do so.

The True Vine Institute Principal however praised students and staff of the institution who have for the past weeks been making cement blocks for the fence project.

Meanwhile, Mr. Zaza on behalf of the school administration is praying for God's endowment on District #15 Representative to complete the fencing project.
