Auctioneers have threatened to sell off assets belonging to the National Cereals and Produce Board over a 500 million shilling debt. The board owes Erad supplies the money after they won a court case over disputed supply of relief maize to the board two years ago.
However NCPB Managing Director Gideon Misoi says everything is under control.
