The Rwandan High Commissioner to India Williams Nkurunziza has been appointed the new Rwandan High Commissioner to Britain, replacing Ernest Rwamucyo who will be transferring to India.
The announcement is contained in Wednesday's Cabinet resolutions released last evening.
