Kenya: Court Orders Nurses to Be Reinstated

The High Court has ordered the Ministry of Medical Services to reinstate all sacked nurses in the next 7 days and pay them all their dues. Justice Mathew Nderi has instructed the government to ensure the orders are implemented. He has also directed that the striking nurses should not be victimized, demoted or transferred.
