Uganda: Nation's 'Beyonce' to Rock Kampala

If the fans won't be blown away by her vocals, they will surely feast their eyes on Rwandan singer Ingabire Butera.

Popularly called Knowles [after American RnB star Beyonce Knowles], Butera is expected to impress many at Club Rouge's Rwanada Nite on Saturday.

She will be accompanied by DJ Pious from Kigali, who will spin the discs.

Butera, a singer, songwriter and entertainer, is known for staging some of the best show in Kigali with her bold dancing prowess.

And the Rwandan beauty also promises to give her Ugandan fans a remarkable night of great music and amazing performance with her magnetic voice.

Her music that draws inspiration from love, society and daily life experiences is a favourite to many and has won her awards back at home such as Best New Artiste in the 2010 Salax award.

The songbird with a prolific voice has collaborated with fellow Rwandan musicians including Danny, Paccy and Ciney.

For Shs 20, 000 only, fans will watch the diva do her thing with hits like Komeza (keep on), Nkoraho (Touch me) Baravuga (they talk) and her collabo Byemere (accept) with our own Vamposs.
