Angola: Kuando-Kubango Development Plan Approved

Luanda — The development programme of Southern Kuando-Kubango province was passed on Thursday by the economic commission of the Cabinet Council, Angop has learnt.

The document was analyzed at this second extraordinary session of the economic commission, chaired by the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos.

According to the local governor, Higino Carneiro, the mentioned plan was analyzed and approved with adjustment that must be worked by the provincial authorities and the planning Ministry.

He said some projects will start now, being that primacy will be given to elaboration of studies, as well as executive projects so that actions start in 2014.
