Angola: Coarten Tablet Banned

Huambo — The sale of coarten tablet is forbiden from Thursday, following a guidance from the Ministry of Health, Angop has learnt.

This was announced on Tuesday by the provincial coordinator of the programme of fight against malaria in Huambo, Amandio Natito.

The tablet is produced in Sweden and is being sold in various chemistries, markets as well as private health institutions.

Other medicines that will be withdrawn from the market are vermox 500 mg, amoxacicline, postinor and clomid.
