Angola: Switzerland Justice Minister Returns Home

Luanda — Switzerland minister of Justice and Police, Simonetta Samammaruga, left Luanda for her country after a four-day official visit to Angola, under the strengthening of the co-operation relations between the two States, Angop has learnt.

During her stay, she signed a co-operation accord in matters of migration for suppression of visas on service and diplomatic passports.

The agreement sets out the co-operation against illegal immigration, human trafficking, exchange of information, as well as training of cadres, under the detention of fake documents.

The official also toured Lunda-Sul province, where she assessed the diamond production process, meeting with the Foreign Affairs minister, George Chicoty, the ministers of Justice and Human Rights, Rui Mangueira, and of Home Affairs, Angelo Veiga.
