Gambia: Murder Case Adjourned for Judgement

The murder case involving one Abdourahman Barry, a resident of BrikamaTown, in the West coast Region, was recently adjourned at the Special Criminal Court in Banjul for judgement.

The case presided over by Justice Emmanuel Nkea, was then adjourned till 19 February 2013, for judgment.

The accused, Abdourahman Barry, was charged with the murder of one Sulayman Barry, at Brikama, by allegedly beating him.

The prosecution called several witnesses in support of their case, and tendered exhibit, while the accused testified as a lone witness.
