Eritrea: Renovation of Water Wells Ensures Potable Water Supply

She'ib — The inhabitants of She'ib sub-zone said that the renovation of water wells which were damaged by heavy rainfall has ensured sustainability of potable water supply in the locality. They further lauded the joint endeavors exerted in this regard.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Musa Mohammed-Idris, Mr. Mohammed-Saleh Adem, Ms. Saedia Mohammed-Adem and Mr. Mohammed-Ali Seid disclosed that the community provided labor in the process, and expressed satisfaction with ample water supply.

Mr. Jabir Mohammed-Nur, head of social service in the sub-zone, explained that the renovation of the water wells has by and far improved the livelihood of the inhabitants, and called on them to practice prudent utilization of water resources.
