Egypt Signs Deal for Political Consultations With Bangladesh

Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs Salwa Moufid and the Bangladeshi foreign ministry undersecretary co-signed a memorandum of understanding at the Foreign Ministry's HQ on Thursday 07/02/2013 to establish a mechanism for political consultations between the foreign ministries in the two countries.

Under the deal, Egypt and Bangladesh will hold reciprocal talks on bilateral relations in the different fields, said Moufid.

The talks, to be held at the level of the assistant foreign ministers of Egypt and Bangladesh, will take up regional and international issues of mutual concern, she added.
