Nigeria: Lagos DPP Begins Trial of Four Involved in Cynthia Osokogu's Murder

The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) on Friday arraigned four men allegedly involved in the murder of Cynthia Osokogu.

The defendants--Okwumo Nwabufo (33), Olisaeloka Ezike (23), Orji Osita (33) and Ezike Nonso (25)-- were docked before Justice Olabisi Akinlade of a Lagos High Court in Ikeja.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that they are facing a six-count charge of conspiracy, murder, stealing, reckless negligence and possession of stolen goods.
