PRESS STATEMENT BY THE ZANU PF SECRETARY FOR ADMINISTRATION, CDE D. N. E. MUTASA, MP ON THE SUSPENSION OF THE PROVINCIAL CHAIRMAN OF MANICALAND AND FOUR OTHERS

Following allegations of fraud, corruption, theft, embezzlement and dishonesty leveled against the provincial chairman of Manicaland, Cde Mike Madiro, and his four subordinates namely; Provincial Youth Chairman, Cde Tawanda Mukodza, Youth Secretary for Security, Cde Admire Mahachi, Youth Secretary for Information and Publicity, Cde Masimbakuvanhu Kangai and Cde Clever Muparutsa, the former District Coordinating Committee chairman for Mutare Urban, the Party hereby announce the suspension of these members from any Party activities with immediate effect in order to stop them from interfering with ongoing investigations.

Decisions relating to the smooth running of the Province while these officials are on suspension will be announced in due course.
