Angola: Rains Leave Over 50 Families Homeless in Cachiungo

Cachiungo — At least 57 families of Chiumbo commune, Cahiungo municipality, central Huambo province, are homeless, following the heavy rains and strong winds hitting the region, says the Administrator José Chissaluquila.

Commenting of the calamity, he said were destroyed 30 residences, a chapel and two primary schools. The administrator also said works are in progress to get some zinc sheets to accommodate the mentioned people.
