Libya: ICC Seeks Senussi Extradition

The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Thursday (February 7th) renewed its demand for Libya to extradite Moamer Kadhafi's brother-in-law and former intelligence chief Abdullah Senussi to face charges of crimes against humanity, Libya Herald reported.

According to Libyan officials, the court's demand was a "standard procedure". Libya on January 23rd filed a request to hold Senussi's trial. Prosecutors reportedly have eight weeks to complete the file and submit the necessary documentation.
