Al-Sref Beni Hussein — Sources speaking from Al-Sref Beni Hussein locality, North Darfur, have indicated that "large crowds of pro-government militiamen" have been gathering in different towns in the area for the past few days.

Militants' groups are mostly present in Aramba and in Garra Az Zawia, Radio Dabanga has learned.

According to testimonies, Aramba has seen militants arriving in the area between Wednesday and Thursday. The gunmen, reportedly led by Siddiq Abraham, are attacking local residents and looting their livestock.

Another group led by Tahir Dood was reported to have been gathering in Garra Az Zawia. Sources affirmed the gunmen attacked five people in the surroundings a few days ago looting their money and livestock.
