Angola: Travel Gest Firm Wants to Turn Country Into Cruise Ships Destination

Luanda — The Angolan Travel Gest firm wants to turn the country into cruise ships destination, reason why it has been making contacts with South African partners, said last Saturday in Luanda its director, José Luís Cabral.

Speaking to ANGOP, on the fringe of the visit of a cruise ship last Friday, which moored in Luanda, José Luís Cabral revealed that three other cruise ships will visit Luanda until the end of the year.

"More and more tourists will visit Angola in this manner, through cruise ships", he stressed, adding that this is good for the country because tourists come to consume goods.

The cruise ship delegation, made up by over 350 people, already visited several tourism sites of Luanda City.
