Zimbabwe: Two ZC Cars Seized

The Deputy Sheriff seized two vehicles belonging to Zimbabwe Cricket on Wednsday as the legal matter between the association and their former employee Andrew Muzamhindo deepened.

The Deputy Sheriff took away two vehicles, an Isuzu double cab and Mazda BT 50 and continued the search for five more vehicles which they intend to seize.

ZC chairman Peter Chingoka confirmed the seizure but added that the vehicles would not be going under the hammer as they await legal processes.

"I have sketchy details but what I can tell you is that they have seized the two vehicles which they will keep until some legal processes are finalised," Chingoka said.

Muzamhindo is claiming US$108 000 from ZC in unpaid contractual commissions for all the business he brought to ZC.
