Kenya: Miraa Traders Move to End Child Labor in Plantations

Child labor is rampant in Miraa plantations in Meru county, because parents are reluctant to take their children to school opting to make quick money from Miraa sales.

Miraa Trade Association spokesman Kimathi Munjuri says they are putting in place measures to ensure that children go back to school. He explains
