Kenya: LSK Wants Courts to Hold Sittings Over Weekend

You may soon be able to access the court during weekends or public holidays when faced with a urgent legal issue. LSK chairman Eric Mutua says the society has written to Chief Justice Willy Mutunga asking him to amend the judicature Act to enable any person to access the judiciary anytime during emergencies.
