Nigeria: Investment in Power Takes Front Burner At Stabic IBTC Investors Conference

Growth and investment prospects in Nigeria's power sector will dominate proceedings at the 2012 Stanbic IBTC Investors conference holding in Ghana and Lagos between 18 and 23 Febuary.

The Managing Director of Stanbic IBTC Holdings, Mrs. Sola David-Borha, who disclosed this in Lagos at the weekend, said that the Chairman of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme committee, Dr. Christopher Kolade, is billed to address investors on the state of power sector in the country.

According to her, the conference which is the 4th edition would link up the investors to both the corporate organisation and the regulators in West Africa.

She explained that the conference has recorded success so far as it enables the investors to identify opportunities in various capital markets.
