Nigeria: Benue State Honours Mercy Johnson, Patience Ozokwo, Others Today

Delectable thespian and nursing mother, Mercy Johnson is to be honoured today by the Benue State Government.

The actress who is still holidaying in God's own country, United States after delivering a baby girl early last month and will be joined at the 'Food Basket' state with Patience Ozokwo, known in Nollywood as Mama Gee, Jnr Pope Odonwodo, Yul Edochie, John Okafor, amongst others.

The event, according to sources is organised by the Benue State government. The state governor, Gabriel Suswan and his beautiful wife, Yemisi are expected to grace the occasion to be held at the Aminu Isah Kotongora Art Theatre Complex, Makurdi, Benue State.

Junior Pope Odonwodo is to be honoured with the 'Most Rising Nollywood Actor of the year' award.
