Luanda — The Culture Minister, Rosa Cruz e Silva considered on Sunday surprising the exhibition of 13 carnival groups of class B and envisaged a praiseworthy main parade on Tuesday.
According to the minister the exhibition evolved and was coloured, vibrating and it interpreted well the tradition, giving it a new style.
