Egypt: Constituent Assembly Case Postponed Until 3 March

The Supreme Constitutional court decided on 10/2/2013 to delay to March 3 a session on the lawsuits referred from the Administrative Court of the State Council to the Constitutional Court, to determine the constitutionality of the contents of the first article of the Law No. 79 for the year 2012 which is related to the criteria of Constituent Assembly formation.
