The Foreign Ministry's political planning and crisis management department and Britain's Wilton Park Agency signed a memorandum of understanding on Sunday 10/2/2013 as part of the ministry's efforts to promote relations with its counterparts and diplomatic institutions worldwide, Department Director Walid Abdel-Nasser said.
The memo aims at exchanging expertise and promoting relations for the best interests of both sides, he said.
The agreement establishes long-term cooperation with a leading research institution through holding high-level conferences, symposiums and seminars that tackle various issues of common interest, he added.
Wilton Park is a forum for global dialogue, playing a key role within the international community by analyzing and advancing the agenda on global policy challenges.
