Kenya: Airtel Opens New Customer Care Outlet

Airtel Kenya, today officially unveiled an Airtel Xpress outlet on the ground floor, Commerce House, Moi Avenue in Nairobi's Central Business District. The unveiling of the new Airtel Xpress outlet comes with the promise of superior quality customer service and access to the company's mobile solutions including handsets, devices, air time data settings, post-paid customer account activation, bill payments, prepaid lines, internet modems.

It will also offer customers the opportunity to deposit and withdraw money on its mobile commerce service, Airtel Money.

As part of the celebration of unveiling the new outlet, Airtel customers will enjoy discounts on various handsets and will get access to all of Airtel's new range of products and offers.

Speaking at the launch event Airtel Kenya managing director Shivan Bhargava said, "We are committed to ensuring our services touch everyone in Kenya and that we provide the most reliable and consistent quality of service to all our customers in Kenya and this new outlet will ensure that our customers in the Nairobi CBD access the services they need with ease."

Bhargava expressed the firm's appreciation to its customers for the enormous support and loyalty to the Airtel brand in Kenya.
