ATLEAST 3000 farmers from the Mutukanio Farmers Company in Gilgil are yet to acquire title deeds for six acres of land jointly bought in 1975.
Speaking on Thursday at the company's AGM, chairman Nelson Chambi said the delay was brought on by constant leadership wrangles that have blocked the land adjudication process and eventual issuance of the deeds.
Chambi said with departure of rogue officials, current officials are determined to ensure members finally get their deeds.
