A five-hour long horrendous fire ravaged an area commonly known as Serategna Sefer located in the centre of Piazza on February 07, 2013 around 5 am in the morning.
The fire blazed through the houses and parked cars until 10 am destroying 46 homes and killing three individuals according to sources. The Addis Abeba Fire & Emergency Agency reached the spot 45 minutes later.
The cause of the accident was not identified, however, people in the area indicated that a fire broke out in one the houses due to a gas leak.

I think you need to wait several months to know what really happened. The clue is in who is going to build what on the same spot. Then you will know if the fire was deliberately started by the ruling party. You need to remember similar things have happened in the past. And the fire department did not show up or showed up late in similar instances. If it is the gov then the loss of life and property will be just a loss and a tragic one.
