Lubango — The vice governor of Huila for political and social affairs, José Arãao Chissonde, on Monday here praised the organizing level of the municipal phase of the carnival, Angop has learnt.
The official who is also the coordinator of the provincial carnival, said the quality showed satisfies everyone to watch and pride those ones that support this feast.
Lubango Municipal carnival counted with 22 groups being all of the infantile ones.
