Kenya: Confusion in Shooting Incident.
By Cornelius Mwau, 12 February 2013
The shooting incident that occurred yesterday near the IEBC chairman's house was as a result of confusion between AP's and regular police officers who had both rushed scene to respond to a distress call by Isaak Hassan's neighbor.
Acting Police spokesman Charles Owino says no one was injured during the attack and that it wasn't targeting the IEBC chairman as reports allege.
