AG Githu Muigai, DPP Keriako Tobiko and Inspector General David Kimaiyo are among ten top government officials who will be sued by 18 post election violence victims. The victims from Nyanza and Rift Valley want them charged with among others murder, crimes against humanity, and mass displacement.
