Egypt: FM Receives Hegab, Ibrahimi to Discuss Syrian Condition

Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr received on Monday 11/2/2013 dissident Syrian Prime Minister Riyad Hegab. They discussed the latest Syrian developments and the sufferings of the Syrian people.

FM Spokesman Councilor Nazeeh Al-Nagary said that the meeting tackled means of ending the Syrians' suffering and progressing towards implementing freedom, dignity and change in Syria in the light of the initiative presented by Head of Syrian National Coalition (SNC) Moaz al-Khatib.

On the other hand, Amr received UN-Arab League envoy to Syria al-Akhdar al-Ibrahimi and tackled means of resolving the Syrian crisis as part of Egypt's efforts to stop the bloodshed in Syria.
