Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Osama Kamal denied on Monday 11/2/2013 reports on diesel oil crisis despite pumping regular quantities daily at gas stations.
The minister pointed out that the ministry faces difficulties in pumping more quantities due to planned smuggling quantities which causes shortage in Cairo and other governorates.
