Nigeria: High Speed Internet Access Can Improve Service Delivery - Expert

An information technology expert Mr. Uwa Agbonile, yesterday urged local authorities to implement Open Access Broadband Networks (OABN) to improve service delivery.

Agbonile said this in Lagos.

He said OABN would enhance service delivery to citizens and economic development of the local areas. He said: "One of the key objectives of any local authority leadership team is the requirement to increase efficiency of their operational environment.

"The delivery of services through enabling technology represents a major opportunity to improve the efficiency of government operations."
