Kuito — At least 51 billion Kwanzas of State budget's portion was allocated to the central Bié province, for the 2013, said the local governor, Alvaro Manuel Boavida Neto.
He said that out of this amount, 44.2 billion will be earmarked for expenditures and over six billion Kwanzas for public investment programme.
One dollar is rated over 100 Kwanzas.
The money is designed mainly for the health, education, construction of bridges, roads, as well as new systems of power and energy stations.
